This is our kitchen. I designed it and the cabinetry is from Blue River Cabinetry that I used to work for. The cabinetry is distressed knotty alder, and the island and wood hood are distressed black painted maple. The eating island (foreground) is just beaded plywood painted black. We aren't done with the countertop on the eating island, I have to trim the edges still. The work island has a granite countertop while the perimeter cabinets have tile countertops.

This is our living area, we still have a fireplace (vent-free gas logs) to install in here to the right of the entertainment center on the angled wall. The TV is a Pioneer plasma 50" that is pretty darn cool!!! We will also be adding beams across the ceiling in the not too distant future with theater lighting and can lights.

This is the front porch with our Christmas decorations that were lovingly installed by your's truly.  Posted by Picasa

New house pictures at last!!!

This is Trey in one of his many sleeping spots. I am still trying to figure out why we built him a bedroom and bought him a bed. He sleeps most nights on the floor, in a closet, in the tub, outside, somewhere, anywhere besides his bed!!! He and Dillon are doing very well in school (2nd grade) and have alot of friends over to play in the creek. His friends (and their moms) know to bring extra sets of clothes and old shoes so they can play in the creek and generally get really, really dirty.

This is our master bedroom, Michelle picked out our bedding, pillows and such. She has done an awesome job shopping for stuff and getting really good deals on many of our furnishings.

This is our shower in the master bathroom. We have two windows in the shower (it's on the upper floor of the house facing the woods out back) and it is really cool to be able to look out the windows in the mornings while we shower.
This is the boys upstairs bathroom (until they move to the basement). The picture on the wall is of Trey, Dillon and Ethan's feet with their Crocs on. Chad took the picture and had it framed for us, it is a super cool picture. Posted by Picasa
